a simple showdown note doesn’t work

I need a simple functionality – every time a player goes to showdown – I want a note with the board and the hand.

I added a new note for ‘river’ where everything is checked, however it is not working – it is working _sometimes_, but not consistently. It feels like it adds the note when another note is also added. and also when folks go all-in preflop, but I am not positive. I witness many showdowns and almost no records in the notes.

version is 2.0.0.1861
