It’s most likely going to be firewall related. It sounds like it’s blocking it from connecting and checking the DH license. I’d temporarily turn that off and try again. If you’re still stuck, just click on the support icon at the top right of drivehud. Send a message to us and it will attach the log and we can look at what the issue might be.
