Fix for CoinPoker update
Replaced the Rake formula with the formula for the contributed rake (the amount of rake divided proportionally by each player’s contribution to the pot)
Added Rake Allocated (the rake that a player paid personally from the pots he won) and Rake Taken (the total amount of rake taken from each pot, regardless of who won it) stats
Fixed an issue where AHC hands would be saved in a cropped format in the processed folder
