Trying to manually import PLO & PLO5 hands from GG. After selecting “import” then “directory”, DriveHUD acts like it’s importing the hands then comes back every time with “Hands were imported. Total hands: 0. Duplicates: 0. Parsing errors: 10. Processing Errors: 0.” I’ve completely wiped my old databases & reinstalled DriveHUD 2 with the latest version as of today. It still refuses to import the hands.
I’ve been trying to find a reason to use this garbage tracker over PokerTracker and its unreal how difficult the process is to simply use a poker tracker. I have to create multiple aliases, merge them into one by first hunting through thousands of other player names to find MYSELF only to see its not even named my poker screename but something stupid like “HERO”.
But in this case, it’s not even importing the PLO hands. It’s going through the motions pretending like it’s importing and comes back with “total hands: 0”.
Why doesn’t your software work?
I’ve paid to renew this garbage and that won’t be happening again.
