    Getting this parsing error on 90% of my hands when trying to import after downloading, does anyone know the fix to this?

    I did this right after submitting this thread, updates would be great as i bought drivehud and clubgg premium to be able to load my historical sample and currently have a small amount of hands loading.

    DriveHUD is straight up trash software. I can’t even post a thread asking for support on this cheap WordPress forum because I get CloudFare errors. It’s been like this for years.

    I’m trying to do the same thing. I use PokerTracker because it’s actually decent & the dev team actually cares about its development. Meanwhile DriveHUD still uses a WORDPRESS forum that nonstop gets CloudFare errors when trying to post for help.

    PLO and PLO5 hands don’t manually import. DriveHUD acts like its importing then nothing happens and I get a message with “Total hands: 0”

    There’s literally no reason to use DriveHUD. It’s the walmart of poker trackers.

    Also, I can’t even send them a message through DriveHUD’s software. It keeps saying “failed to send message”.

    Speaking as someone with a programming degree & experience in the industry, what a colossal failure piece of garbage software is this mess. You can’t even use an actual forum for support and your message system is completely broken. Instead we’re using FREE WORDPRESS SERVERS for years because we don’t want to spend the funds listening to feedback & improving our product.

    Never ever will I be renewing a license for this trash.

    What DH2 version are you using? You may be using a DH2 version before the server switch a few months ago.

    Please update DriveHUD2 to the latest version then send us a message through the headset/support icon with attach log checked.

    You can also send us a message through our support page: https://drivehud.com/support

    Just attach the drivehud.log file located in this folder so we can check this for you: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD 2\Logs

    Hey, I’ve sent the logs in and emailed you twice and not heard back, I’d really love to get my money back or get the issue resolved, preferably resolved as it is massively value.

    It looks like you were trying to import clubgg downloaded hands from pokercraft. DH2 does not support this format yet but you said you were able to import some of that hands.

    I prompt our dev team about this, please wait for thie reply.
