Drive hud suddenly wont accept my license code

This is the second time im getting this error starting up my drive hud after purchase. The first i fixed it by trying to buying it again, when i wrote the same email at check out it suddenly worked. That trick dosent help anymore, so looking for help.
As you can see i can see my license code on my profile in drive hud 2, but when typing it into the program i get a fail, then i try to reset the code, but same problem. Please help me fix this problem.

have you tried resetting your serial key?

Yes ive tried that many times all with this result:
Reset license code, register again in drivehud:

Please help me mind the proper solition guys so i can get back to grinding

Please send us a message through our support page with the drivehud log/text file located in this folder so we can check this for you.
