“No data to plot” in R&D

Hi,

I’m just trying out the trial version of DH2 as I’m trying to decide between this and HM3. I am really liking DH2 but there are a couple of issues i’m having. The first one is in the R&D section I have been following the tutorial and have a the graph showing. But if I change anything like, the position or texture drop down menus then there is no graph and it just says “no data to plot”. It is detecting the hands that made it through the filters because they are all listed beneath. Any idea what’s causing this?

Also, I cannot create an alias. I select 2 players from my data base, or just 1 and the alias still says 0 players. Any ideas?

Can send us a screenshot of the settings for that R&D graph.

After making the alias, please try clearing your filter.

hi, thanks for the reply.

I attached a screenshot of the settings in the OP. Or was it something else you needed to see?

I tried ‘clear all filters’ in the dropdown menu but still nothing. I have attached an image.

Just a small update. I have figured out how to create an alias now. I was not pressing the + button. I still have an issue with graphs not showing in R&D though.

I meant the profile setting you made for R&D.

I just used the first premade option on the dropdown list as it shows in the video tutorial. I did not change any settings so they should be default. I have attached 2 images so you can see if anything is wrong there.

Strange.. What version are you using? Please check Dh2’s settings>upgrade for the version you are at. click “update” if you are not using the latest version.

After updating, and you still see “no data plot”, please send us a message though the headset/support icon on the upper right, have attach log checked and adance log unchecked when you click send.

I was not on the latest version. I have updated and checked again and I am indeed running the latest version now.

After updating I went back into R&D to check if the issue was resolved. As before the graph shows when I choose the first basic setting from the dropdown list in the top left(CBetting SRP(cash games)) but if I change any of the dropdown menus under the graph(position etc) it just says no data to plot. If I then change that setting back to ‘ALL’ it still says ‘no data to plot’, and I have to right click and refresh the graph to get the original graph back.

I sent the message and attached log though the headset icon. Thanks.
