The pop-up is part of the HUD profile, you will need to delete it to disable it. Select the HUD profile you are using in your HUD tab, click HUD in the preview screen, click 3bet and the pop-up windows should show. below the pop-up window, you should see and X and check mark, click the the X mark then save the HUD profile.
